Nobody wants to see the wrong person convicted of a crime. Victim's rights are almo...Very, very good post. Victim's rights are almost never upheld. No one sanctions anyone for violating a victim's rights.<br /><br />Toothless Tigers - victim's laws. It's wrong.<br /><br />Victim's get re-victimized and traumatized even more by the justice system.<br /><br />Something most definitely needs to be done. Marcy's Law in CA is a start. <br /><br />It seems the only ones who understand and have empathy for the victim are other victim's.<br /><br />I am most thankful for organizations like yours that lend support and encouragement to victims.<br /><br />Just because it is doesn't mean it should be.
